The LG Series Rotary Green Bean Snipper is a specialized high-efficiency machine designed by Jiangsu Ligong Fruit and Vegetable Machinery Co. LTD for the automatic removal of heads and tails from green beans (string beans). This machine replaces labor-intensive manual trimming, ensuring high processing capacity and uniform cutting quality for the global food processing industry.

The machine utilizes a rotating drum mechanism:

• Feeding: Raw beans are introduced through the large stainless steel intake hopper.
• Orientation: As the drum rotates, the beans tumble. The ends of the beans naturally stick out through the precision-engineered slots in the drum wall.
• Trimming: Fixed external blades precisely snip the protruding heads and tails as the drum passes them.
• Discharge: The processed beans are continuously moved toward the discharge outlet at the end of the drum.

Feeding: Introduce pre-washed beans into the intake hopper. For best results, maintain a steady feed rate.

Collection: Snipped ends will fall into the waste collection area beneath the drum, while finished beans exit through the front discharge chute.

Daily Cleaning: After each shift, use high-pressure water and food-grade sanitizers to wash the drum slots and internal chamber. The SUS 304 surfaces are designed for easy wash-down.

Blade Inspection: Regularly check the fixed blades for sharpness. Dull blades can result in ragged cuts and reduced yield.

Bearing Lubrication: Periodically apply food-grade lubricant to the drum’s drive bearings to ensure smooth, low-noise operation.
