Introduction

This unit is a new product that imitates the equipment imported in 2005. It is composed of a hoist, a magnetic vibration sifting air separator and a dust collector.
The material is sent to the inlet end of the screen frame with electromagnetic vibration device through the hoist. Under the action of electromagnetic force, the screen frame vibrates periodically. The material in the screen frame is constantly thrown up and jumps forward. When the material is moving forward evenly and continuously, it will be automatically classified through the 45 ° plexiglass oblique sieve with different specifications, and small broken powder particles and oversized particles will be collected in different levels of recycling bins. The rest of the materials enter the air cavity, and after being lifted by the air flow, the heavy materials mixed in the materials fall into the heavy material recovery box, and the light materials are taken to the cyclone dust collector, and then enter the waste material recovery box through the air closing device. Authentic products are sent from the front to the next process.
The unit automatically feeds and operates continuously, with step less air regulation and high selection accuracy. Can be combined with X-ray machines, metal detectors and other new product packaging lines. It is an ideal packaging equipment for post-processing dry materials in vegetable processing industry and food industry.

Precautions for use
    This machine has been debugged before leaving the factory. When processing different products, it is necessary to carry out the necessary debugging. The steps are as follows:
    (1) If there is abnormal vibration in the electromagnetic vibration part when the vehicle is running, you can fine-tune the amplitude adjustment knob on the power distribution cabinet and observe the change in amplitude. Resonance increases noise and burns the coil.
    (2) The position of the discharge end of the screen frame needs to be changed for different materials. When changing the horizontal position, loosen the 4 bolts of the electromagnetic vibration base under the screen frame to move the base forward or backward; when changing the height position, tighten or loosen the bolts on the four corners of the frame appropriately .
    (3) The separation of genuine, light foreign matter, and heavy foreign matter is related to the adjustment of No. 1, 2, and 3 adjustment screws shown in the left figure and the frequency converter that controls the fan. It needs to be repeatedly adjusted and recorded.
This series of products are repaired for one year, and lifetime maintenance service. Illegal operations are not within the scope of repair.
