Adjustable Fineness: Grinding results can be adjusted between 60 to 150 mesh by changing the internal sieve/screen.

Inspection: Before startup, check the grinding chamber for any foreign metallic objects. Ensure the SUS304 screen is properly installed.
Startup: Turn on the dust collection system first, then start the main pulverizing motor.
Feeding: Gradually feed materials through the hopper. Ensure the particle size is within the model's limit (6mm - 12mm).
Discharge: The powder is automatically discharged through the outlet into the collection bin or bag.
Material Prep: Ensure materials are dry. Oily or sticky materials may require specialized blade configurations.
Sanitization: The polished SUS304 surface allows for easy wash-down. Use food-grade detergents.
Safety Warning: Never open the grinding chamber while the spindle is rotating. Wait for the machine to come to a complete stop.
Blade Care: Regularly inspect the movable gear discs for wear to maintain consistent fineness.
