1.Installation: Place the machine on a flat, stable surface. Ensure the centrifugal fan motor is properly wired according to the Y112M-4 specifications.
2.Calibration: Adjust the air-flow velocity based on the weight difference between the heavy and light materials.
3.Feeding: Introduce the raw mixture through the $530\text{mm}$ feed inlet. The uniform distribution of material is essential for optimal separation.
4.Separation Process:
The Centrifugal Fan ($4\text{kW}$) generates a powerful air stream of $14500\text{ m}^3/\text{h}$ to lift the lighter components.
Light materials are propelled toward the Light Material Outlet ($1020\text{mm}$ high).
Target heavy materials fall into the Heavy Material Outlet ($530\text{mm}$ high) for collection.
Fan Maintenance: Periodically inspect the centrifugal fan impeller for buildup to ensure the full pressure of $723\text{Pa}$ is maintained.
Cleaning: The stainless steel structure allows for easy wash-down. Ensure the motor is protected from water during cleaning.
